In the second argument on the writing of
examination, I had discovered that you are the
examiner’s supervisor and the telephone number, but my English language
ability obstruct me from making proper conversation which is very
unfortunately!
From converse
ability in my English, I had to written a letter to examiner Mr. Dinh on
October 27, 2003，but him does not get reply. The letter in argue focus a
very serious problem which is to ask to examine my patent must fair do not take
any prejudiced, I hope that you can see the letter and made a decide for fair
examination.
United
States is a big country of the patent of science and technology, it is ruled by law and the modern civilization also had good
record, but the prejudice had appeared to be a form of overdoing outside the
art of examination. Because I asked for fair treatment to final patent examination.
