The unprecedented disaster caused by suicide terrorist attacks on World Trade Center astonishes and infuriates the world. Hong Kong People feel the deepest grief and anger! The attacks are a bloody challenge to the global civilization!

 We fully appreciate your decision and resolution to use every force to strike terrorism. But the biggest concern is how to balm the broken hearts of the American people, rebuild confidence and restore financial order.
